Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and meet with retail shop owners, dealers, and installers to introduce them to Loom Solar's products and offerings.
  • Negotiate with retailers and installers to sell Loom Solar products.
  • Prepare quotations and share them with installers and retailers for their order requirements.
  • Keep records and updates of all visits in our sales application.
  • Pickup calls and understand the challenges of dealers and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Preferred B-tech/MBA candidate from a top-tier institution.
  • Great negotiation skills, fluency in English or Hindi or regional language.
  • An attitude to get things done, problem-solving skills, and passion for achieving goals.
  • Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers and installers.
  • Must have own vehicles, as travel is essential for this role.
