Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact and meet with retail shop owners, dealers, and installers to introduce them to Loom Solar's products and offerings.
- Negotiate with retailers and installers to sell Loom Solar products.
- Prepare quotations and share them with installers and retailers for their order requirements.
- Keep records and updates of all visits in our sales application.
- Pickup calls and understand the challenges of dealers and provide solutions.
- Preferred B-tech/MBA candidate from a top-tier institution.
- Great negotiation skills, fluency in English or Hindi or regional language.
- An attitude to get things done, problem-solving skills, and passion for achieving goals.
- Rigorous follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers and installers.
- Must have own vehicles, as travel is essential for this role.
