Job Title: Sales Development Representative


Job Description:


As a Sales Development Representative at Swiggy, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new restaurant partners. Your primary responsibility will be to establish relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and present Swiggy's value proposition to secure partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Swiggy's offerings, competitor landscape, and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Present Swiggy's value proposition and negotiate partnerships that meet the business objectives of both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales processes.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales development experience, preferably in the food delivery or F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian food delivery market and Swiggy's business model.
