About the Role:

Million Minds Management Services Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets for your city/category in the given time frame. Your primary focus will be on delivering processes as per the timeline, communicating company policy and vision to prospective buyers, and developing and managing deep trade relations with the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering sales targets for your city/category in the given time frame
  • Delivering processes as per the timeline
  • Communication of company policy and vision to prospective buyers
  • Developing and managing deep trade relations with the market
  • Achieving sales targets through in-person market visits
  • Engaging buyers and working with business owners to help them grow along with the platform
  • Managing buyer communication and intervening to resolve disputes as and when required
  • Working closely with our cross-functional operations teams to streamline processes and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation degree mandatory
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Sales/Business Development
  • Compulsory requirements: 1 year of field sales/B2B sales/field marketing experience, age 25-35 years, male, ownership of a smartphone, bike/scooter, expected salary, and notice period
