Job Title: Regional Sales Leader

Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a designated sales territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Fluency in Kannada and English
