Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mercure Ekana Sportz City Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and assess market conditions and competition to determine effective sales programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Update knowledge and awareness of market trends and opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Design and execute sales plans and strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Plan and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure team members are trained on safety provisions.
- Ensure all personnel are informed of department objectives and policies.
- Motivate and develop team members to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team.
- Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets and prepare sales presentations.
- Report regularly to the Director of Sales on progress and provide information about prospective customers.
- Submit sales plans and market analysis as well as daily sales activity reports.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent qualifications.
