Job Summary
At Digopm, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Sales Manager - Fertilizer. This position will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow market share for fertilizer products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share for fertilizer products.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Market Research and AnalysisConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Category ManagementOversee category management, ensuring optimal product placement and pricing strategies.
Sales Performance MonitoringMonitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
Vendor NegotiationsNegotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and distributors.
ComplianceEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at the Zonal or National level.
Industry ConnectionsStrong industry connections within the FMCG sector.
Track RecordProven track record of managing product categories and achieving sales targets.
Negotiation and Vendor Management SkillsExcellent negotiation skills and vendor management abilities.
