Strategic Partnership Manager

Job Overview:
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Branch Banking team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling up retail banking business through customer service, cross-selling, and premium customer acquisition. This role requires developing constructive relationships with key local clients, working closely with them to boost volume of business by establishing a strong foundation as their financial partner of choice.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Cross-Sell team and Product teams to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a group of key clients providing Financial Advisory Services, Portfolio Investment Services, and designing product suitability matrices.
- Acting as an interface between the bank and its key customers to provide complete Banking Solutions, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and Customer Servicing.
- To enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet.
- Ensuring compliance with branch SOP and control in sales and service.
- Deepening relationships by cross-selling bank products.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintaining excellent relations with local dealers to source clients and expand the bank's reach and brand.
- Evaluating new initiatives' feasibility and ensuring implementation to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with other branch departments and functions to provide products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Any Graduate
Salary:
Rupees 12,00,000 - 20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
