Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Techware Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing relationships with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach: Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, fostering strong relationships that can lead to new business partnerships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to identify potential new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Value: Work closely with existing customers to increase their value and attract new ones, expanding our customer base and revenue streams.
  • Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to find and develop new markets, leading to increased sales and growth.
  • Industry Events: Represent Techware Lab at conferences, meetings, and industry events, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A compelling sales personality and excellent communication skills.
  • An active listener with a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales tools and technologies.
