We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic business development professional to spearhead growth initiatives in North America. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and the competitive landscape in North America.
- Analyze client needs and industry demands to align our services with market requirements.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the North American region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor research solutions based on client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients and key stakeholders in North America.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable contracts for our organization.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for market expansion within North America.
- Cultivate partnerships and collaborations to enhance our market presence.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's growth strategy in North America.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful business development in the market research industry, with a focus on North America.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
