As a Business Growth Specialist at Cyfuture, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building business relationships with current and potential clients, and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure BPO business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
- Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting/exceeding annual sales goals
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in sales and business development
- Robust sales experience and expertise in the company's products
- Excellent communication skills and passion for growing businesses
