As a Business Growth Specialist at Cyfuture, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building business relationships with current and potential clients, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure BPO business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
  • Cold calling and making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting/exceeding annual sales goals

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in sales and business development
  • Robust sales experience and expertise in the company's products
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for growing businesses
