Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at BossberryLearning. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in India and is a full-time position.
Estimated Salary: ₹2,50,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential students through various channels to introduce them to BossberryLearning.
- Understand potential students' needs and goals, and provide them with appropriate information and guidance about our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, and provide personalized assistance throughout the enrollment process.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of BossberryLearning to potential students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and college admissions requirements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of college admissions processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
