Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to drive SaaS sales to small and medium-sized businesses in the Noida region. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell SaaS Products: Engage with small and medium-sized businesses by effectively selling our innovative software solutions.
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Visit client offices to showcase our products and demonstrate their value.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up to achieve monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with Top Talent: Work alongside industry-leading sales professionals in the SaaS sector.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years in software, IT, or Internet sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Time Management: Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Customer Prospecting: Skilled in identifying and nurturing potential clients.
