Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Efficiencie tech solutions llp. As a key member of our sales and partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Presentation and promotion of company products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role preferably in B2C sales. Preferred skills include experience in the Dairy Industry/FMCG/Telecommunication/Fintech, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
