Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will drive new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients in the enterprise and SMB space.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize outbound techniques to generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to convert leads into customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales activities.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
