About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist – Mining, responsible for driving business development and growth of the Mining sector across India.

You will be responsible for expanding the Mining sector revenue in current accounts and building new accounts across target markets by identifying and driving customer value propositions based on Aggreko product and application expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Mining sector revenue in current accounts and build new accounts across target markets.
  • Identify and drive customer value propositions based on Aggreko product and application expertise.
  • Position allows for remote or face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within the specified location.
  • Engage in sales to both new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
  • Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM system to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Mining sector technical fundamentals and organizational processes.

You should also possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field, with experience in effectively managing and expanding territories indicating strategic planning and execution abilities.

A general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, HVAC/temperature control equipment, contributing to informed sales discussions is also essential.

Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking, is required.

Financial and commercial awareness to ensure focus is on profitable growth is also necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
