Job Summary: Account Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at DMI Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen, and product expertise. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Customer relationship management.
- Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases.
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales.
- Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations.
- Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization.
- Fair understanding of payments and KYC space, preferably from KYC platforms.
- Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization.
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
- Strong business acumen and product expertise.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills.
Salary Range: ₹700,000 - ₹1,100,000 per annum
