We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at Zeal Hind Groups. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising space and sponsorships across multiple media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Relationship Building: Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Conduct market research, build relationships with potential clients, and create proposals that meet their advertising and sponsorship needs.

2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate revenue growth through the sale of advertising space and sponsorships across multiple media platforms. Develop sales strategies, create pricing proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.

3. Sponsorship Activation and Client Management: Work closely with clients to ensure the successful activation of their sponsorship deals, including managing their sponsorship benefits and deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and identify upsell opportunities.

4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, production, and editorial, to ensure that client needs are met, and campaigns are executed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A strong understanding of the media industry and sales strategies is also essential.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
