We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence through strategic planning, client relationship management, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, driving business growth and increasing market share.
- Develop compelling presentations to showcase products and services to prospective clients, stakeholders, and at public forums, effectively promoting company offerings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation and sales execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify potential markets, and analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
- Experience in lead generation techniques, including social media, cold calling, and networking at industry events.
- Strong presentation skills to convincingly present products and services to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
