Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations and mutual success.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, understand customer needs, and identify areas for expansion.
  • Strategy Execution: Create and implement effective business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts and agreements, and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
