Job Title: Strategic Customer Growth Manager

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

The Strategic Customer Growth Manager plays a crucial role in driving customer success at Innovaccer. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to work with senior-level clients.

You will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of projects, including charters, kickoffs, requirement gathering, delivery, and QBRs. Additionally, you will lead a team of engineers, product managers, and delivery pods to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Your expertise in technical account management, customer success, or client services/management consulting in the technology and healthcare sector will help you understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in technical account management, customer success, or client services/management consulting in the technology and healthcare sector
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work on complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30%-40%
