We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities through strategic client relationships and commercial agreements.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to enhance our presence in the domestic IT staffing market.
  • Create, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to drive revenue growth and increase our market share.
  • Utilize business development strategies to identify and qualify potential customers, explore new business opportunities, and maintain existing relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to account management, to ensure maximum sales achievement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional business development skills, with a strong background in client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and revenue growth.
  • Ability to utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential customers, including social media and industry research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email correspondence and client interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in international sales and demand generation is highly desirable.
