About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and sales strategy implementation.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Qualifying New Business Opportunities
- Generating Leads and Building Relationships with Existing and Potential Clients
- Utilizing Networking and Online Research to Identify and Qualify New Sales Leads
- Building and Maintaining Strong Connections with New and Existing Partners through Telephone, Email, and Social Media
- Maintaining a Database of Prospective Client Information and Cold Calling to Pursue New Opportunities
- Meeting Quotas for Cold, Active, Inactive Calls, Appointments, and Meeting Annual Sales Goals
- Developing Sustainable Relationships and Engaging Customers through Excellent Customer Service
Skill Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Graduate/Postgraduate Degree with Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Robust Sales Experience, with Added Advantage of Expertise in Company Products and Industry Knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills and Ability to Demonstrate Passion for Growing Businesses
Salary
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
