We are a leading business process outsourcing company seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and pitching BPO projects to potential clients, with the primary objective of expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and develop targeted strategies for engagement.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise innovative solutions for customer requirements and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on progress.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in business administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Willing to travel to client locations when necessary.
