We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven professional to join our team as a Digital Sales Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and strategizing business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies and clients, manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
  • Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
  • Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.
  • Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. You must be a strong team player with a go-getter mindset, excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and robust analytical skill sets. Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders is also essential.
