Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Vice President (AVP) to spearhead our corporate training partnerships with multinational corporations, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in building strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Strategic Business Development & Enterprise Sales:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive enterprise sales growth.
    • Pursue and close multi-million-dollar corporate training contracts with MNCs and Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CHROs, CLOs, L&D heads, and CXOs).
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of business development managers to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • CXO & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Represent the organization in executive boardroom presentations, global forums, and high-level corporate discussions.
  • Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances:
    • Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets and industries.
  • Insights, Innovation & Competitive Intelligence:
    • Track corporate training trends, digital learning adoption, and workforce transformation strategies globally.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate training partnerships, or EdTech/consulting business development.
  • Demonstrated success in closing multi-crore enterprise training contracts with MNCs.
  • Strong network in HR, L&D, and business leadership circles.
  • Prior experience with strategic account management and P&L ownership.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in EdTech, corporate training firms, professional services, or B2B SaaS.
