Job Title: Manager - Corporate Training Partnerships (MNC & Enterprise Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager - Corporate Training & Enterprise Partnerships to drive B2B sales and forge strategic partnerships with MNCs and large enterprises. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate training sales, EdTech partnerships, and enterprise tie-ups, particularly with HR, L&D, and decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Partnership Development

  2. Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with MNCs, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies for corporate training programs.

  3. Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including HR heads, L&D managers, and C-level executives.
  4. Build strategic alliances with corporate training teams to position our programs as the preferred upskilling solution.

  5. Sales & Revenue Growth

  6. Drive B2B sales by pitching tailored corporate training solutions to large organizations.

  7. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing high-value enterprise deals.
  8. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic outreach and consultative selling.

  9. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  10. Analyze industry trends, workforce upskilling needs, and corporate training demands within the EdTech and corporate L&D space.

  11. Identify gaps in the market and recommend new training solutions to address corporate requirements.

  12. Strategic Outreach & Lead Generation

  13. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calls, and networking events to generate high-quality leads.

  14. Develop customized proposals and business cases that align with client needs.
  15. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and corporate networking forums to expand business opportunities.

  16. CRM & Performance Tracking

  17. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines in the CRM system.

  18. Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training partnerships, or enterprise solutions sales (preferably in EdTech, L&D, or training organizations).
  • Proven track record of securing high-value corporate training deals with MNCs and large enterprises.
  • Strong networking skills and industry connections in HR, L&D, and corporate training teams.
  • Experience in negotiating complex corporate contracts and multi-year training engagements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about workforce upskilling and corporate learning.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training firms, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of learning & development trends, upskilling, and reskilling solutions.
