Sales Performance Coordinator

At Progile Tech, we're seeking a skilled Sales Performance Coordinator to join our team. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and reach out to prospective clients to introduce our IT recruiting services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B appointment setting.
- IT Staffing experience is a must.
- Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a big plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
