Sales Performance Coach

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower sales representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. This role involves analyzing training needs, creating customized curriculum, and evaluating training effectiveness to support the growth and productivity of the sales team.
Sales Performance Coach Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales training programs that cover essential skills, such as product knowledge, prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, slide presentations, videos, and assessments, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
- Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, tailored to various experience levels within the sales team.
- Evaluate training needs through performance metrics, feedback, and surveys, and customize training content based on specific team or individual needs, sales goals, and product or market changes.
- Track training outcomes and evaluate effectiveness by monitoring sales performance metrics, gathering feedback, and using assessment scores.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, marketing, or communications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs that result in improved sales performance.
