Gurgaon-based Miduty is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales Performance to spearhead revenue growth and foster strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry.
About the Role:
- Leverage your expertise to drive sales performance, expand market share, and uphold Miduty's reputation for quality and innovation.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and optimize calling scripts to maximize results.
- Prioritize lead generation, data-driven decision-making, and CRM efficiency to stay ahead of the competition.
- Forge strategic partnerships with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns that align with product offerings.
- Drive quarterly quota attainment to reach annual sales targets, utilizing CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and forecast trends.
- Conceive and execute targeted sales strategies to boost market penetration and revenue growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' consultative and solution-based sales experience, preferably in the nutraceutical industry.
- Proven expertise with Sales CRM platforms (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo) and excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and Vlookup functionality.
Competitive Compensation Package:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, estimated to be ₹1.2 million - ₹1.5 million per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
