Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales team at MTAP Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Prior experience in closing large deals.
  • CXO engagement experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, depending on experience.
