About the Role

Vidgyor, a leading provider of cloud-managed Media Technology & Advertising solutions for the Streaming TV and Broadcast TV industry, seeks an experienced Head of Sales Ecosystem to drive sales growth and expansion in the region.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for building and executing a sales plan for the region, managing sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure, and providing exceptional account management for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales objectives, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Talent Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving sales performance and team success.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data insights and market trends to inform sales strategies, optimize performance, and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess at least 4-5 years of experience selling technology services in one or more of the following ecosystems:
  • Broadcast TV ecosystem
  • Streaming TV ecosystem
  • Cloud-based or SaaS / IaaS / PaaS products
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and consistently deliver results.

What We Offer

Vidgyor offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. The company is headquartered in Gurugram, with offices operations in India, innovation center in Bangalore, and operations center in Hyderabad.
