Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitable revenue, reviewing performance, and monitoring the work of the sales team using daily reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring profitable revenue growth
- Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal
- Monitoring the work of the sales team
- Keeping abreast of new developments and trends
- Responsible for branch performance and manpower management (15-20 people)
- Developing leaders, handling escalations, and proven success in sales
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving and working independently or as part of a team
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- Overall 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales and 2+ years in DLP (UG/PG Programmers)
- 1+ year of experience in team handling
