Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitable revenue, reviewing performance, and monitoring the work of the sales team using daily reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring profitable revenue growth
  • Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal
  • Monitoring the work of the sales team
  • Keeping abreast of new developments and trends
  • Responsible for branch performance and manpower management (15-20 people)
  • Developing leaders, handling escalations, and proven success in sales
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving and working independently or as part of a team

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales and 2+ years in DLP (UG/PG Programmers)
  • 1+ year of experience in team handling
