About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating domestic enterprise-qualified leads through various outreach channels, including cold calls and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate high-quality leads by leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Educate prospects on the features and benefits of our solutions, highlighting competitive advantages and value propositions.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influencers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately update lead generation activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech or MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the software, SaaS, CPAAS, or technology industry.
- Strong communication, objection handling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and one or more regional languages preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
