Job Overview

Sealed Air is seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build Customer Relationships - Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Deliver Packaging Solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative packaging solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage Accounts - Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Profitability - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to improve account profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferably engineering)
  • Ability to travel overnight and drive moderate to long distances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner
