Sales Territory Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in handling the sales of industrial paints, welding equipment, and safety products. With a solid understanding of market trends and a proven track record of sales success, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives in assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to develop and grow business in assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives for assigned territories.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
