Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to manage our sales team in a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a background in handling sales of industrial products, preferably in the distribution industry.
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
