Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing concerns promptly. • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify effective strategies and techniques for driving sales growth. • Participate in trade shows to showcase company products and services, enhancing brand visibility within the territory. • Ensure brand awareness within the assigned territory aligns with company expectations. • Monitor competitors' sales activities within the territory and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Territory Sales Manager. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong organizational skills coupled with effective leadership abilities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions. • Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills to close deals. • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
