Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership, committed to delivering delightful customer experiences and contributing to a 'Digital India'. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding distribution and strengthening trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage Channel Partners to effectively service retailers and expand distribution.
  • Conduct rigorous performance reviews and ensure distributor capabilities for market extraction, acquisitions, and revenue.
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets, and expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity.
  • Visit markets and distributors to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
  • Effective distributor management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and build capabilities.
  • Self-driven with minimal guidance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate, MBA preferred.
  • English and local market language proficiency.
  • Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.
