Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Vodafone Idea Limited is an Aditya Birla Group and Vodafone Group partnership, committed to delivering delightful customer experiences and contributing to a 'Digital India'. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding distribution and strengthening trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint and manage Channel Partners to effectively service retailers and expand distribution.
- Conduct rigorous performance reviews and ensure distributor capabilities for market extraction, acquisitions, and revenue.
- Deliver revenue and sales targets, and expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity.
- Visit markets and distributors to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG.
- Effective distributor management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and build capabilities.
- Self-driven with minimal guidance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate, MBA preferred.
- English and local market language proficiency.
- Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.
