Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the paint industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the paint industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our luxury paints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
