Job Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the paint industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the paint industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our luxury paints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
