Territory Sales Role

As a Territory Sales Manager at Taggd, you will drive primary and secondary sales in your designated territory, aligning with the company's business objectives. You will develop a channel partner network, implement distribution objectives, and increase the number of retail outlets.

  1. Develop Channel Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners to drive reach and penetration across the territory.
  2. Secondary Sales Growth: Increase the number of retail outlets, maintain high service levels, and drive visibility of all product categories.
  3. Market Execution Planning: Prepare and submit day-wise market execution plans and weekly reports.
  4. Ground-Level Insights: Provide critical inputs for promotions, local activations, and demand forecasting exercises.
  5. Sales Data Analysis: Regularly analyze primary and secondary sales data to identify business gaps and provide insights to the Area Sales Manager.
  6. Claim Management: Ensure timely submission of stockiest claims with supporting documents, adhering to company guidelines.
  7. Sales Force Development: Build the capability of the indirect sales force by communicating and reviewing their delivery against expectations.
  8. Supply Chain Coordination: Timely review and communication with CFAs to maintain timely supplies, and real-time follow-ups for stock conversion and delivery.
  9. Finance Coordination: Coordinate with the Finance team for pricing issues, accounts settlement, and claims management.
