Bengaluru Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and distribution growth in the assigned geography, building strong relationships with merchants, and leading a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and merchants to drive sales growth.
3. Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution management.
2. Strong knowledge of the local market and geography.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with Kannada language and culture.
2. Experience in the NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Consumer durables & FMCG industries.
