Territory Sales Representative

The Territory Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within a designated territory. This involves managing a pipeline of sales prospects, leveraging qualified leads, and executing outbound lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Report to the Territory Sales Hub Manager and prioritize high-potential target accounts within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to ensure seamless follow-up on sales leads.
- Evaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and develop account plans to drive sales growth.
- Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Articulate how Autodesk solutions can accelerate customers' businesses, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Utilize telephone, email, and web-based communication as primary means of connecting with customers.
- Leverage field-based Territory Sales Executives and channel partners to improve territory performance and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and coordinate teams for each opportunity, involving Autodesk personnel, including presales, consultants, and services.
- Provide accurate billing forecasts and updates to sales managers.
- Exceed monthly sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Establish trusted adviser relationships with customers, identifying win-win situations.
- Contribute to developing success reference stories with customers.
- 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, including selling complex technology solutions in inside sales/office-based sales environments.
- Manage difficult situations with a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented, with database management skills.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders to influence strategic outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
- Commitment to ongoing sales skill development through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression framework.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Hybrid work environment.

- Preferred sales experience in the Media and Entertainment Industry.
