Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our team at FIN PRO Ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close new deals at a high rate by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory through effective prospecting and networking
- Travel throughout the territory to visit customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer accounts, providing regular updates to management
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive brand image
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, identifying and addressing their financial and professional needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- 12th pass or above with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
