Job Title: Field Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Executive to join our team at FIN PRO Ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close new deals at a high rate by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory through effective prospecting and networking
  • Travel throughout the territory to visit customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer accounts, providing regular updates to management
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive brand image
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, identifying and addressing their financial and professional needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or above with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
