Job Title: Territory Sales Officer

At General Mills, we are committed to making food the world loves. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by driving sales and distribution of our products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective distribution and display of General Mills products in the assigned territory.
  • Manage a team of distributors and wholesalers to achieve sales and collection targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Regional Commercial Team and Area Sales Manager, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or MBA with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
