Sales Territory Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective distribution and display of General Mills products in the assigned territory.
- Manage a team of distributors and wholesalers to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Regional Commercial Team and Area Sales Manager, to achieve business objectives.
- Graduate or MBA with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
