Job Role- Inside Sales Lead
Experience range- 3 to 8
Key Responsibilities-
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to driving sales success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in vendor relationship management, sales performance management, quality assurance and compliance, performance analysis and reporting, and cost management will be given preference.
