Sales and Business Development Role
As a Sales and Business Development Executive for Turel Sales Corporation, you will oversee the sales activities of our company to ensure maximum profitability at minimal costs. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing sales reports, customer surveys, and other relevant information to identify and set sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and surveys to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market activities.
- Determine product selling prices and terms of contract using information obtained from market surveys.
- Delegate territories to sales representatives according to their various capacities.
- Conduct sales of goods/services to special clients that require more professional attention.
- Responsible for fixing discount prices for customers who make large purchases.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers via telephone calls, emails, and meetings to promote products/services and establish clientele.
- Carry out industry research to identify new business opportunities and needed improvements.
- Set and implement company standards and sales goals.
- Supervise the activities of sales teams or agents, overseeing their hiring, training, and job performance to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Serve as intermediaries between organizations and their clients to ensure company profits and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of sales information for future reference purposes.
- Monitor progress of orders and inventory of products to ensure timely supply.
- Participate in trade exhibitions to represent the company, promote, and foster sales of products.
- Attend educational workshops to improve professional and technical knowledge.
