Key Account Professional

As a Key Account Executive at Kimberly-Clark, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our key customers in the Modern Trade segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales - Secure off-take from Modern Trade accounts in respective territories.
- Regular interaction with store/department managers to ensure listing and linking support, availability, and visibility support.
- Enable and execute activations planned for stores.
- Visit accounts in their respective regions to assist in-store executions and PO generation.
- In-store execution at the store level - availability and visibility.
- 3P Management - Regular interaction and follow-up with 3P resources placed in their respective territories and stores.
- Provide regular on-the-job training to supervisors and promoters.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to 3P resources to improve performance.
- Regular interaction and cooperation with internal teams to ensure the flow of information.
- Competition Tracking.

Requirements
- Postgraduate with 5 years of experience in Top FMCG companies in MT Sales Role.
- Good communication skills and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in handling MT distributors. Knowledge of local language is essential.
