Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, upselling existing clients, and ensuring timely renewal of contracts.
Responsibilities:- Business Development (Sales)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Customer Service
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints and issues
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Provide regular updates on service delivery and quality
- Administration & Accounts
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records of customer payments
- Collaborate with the back office team to ensure timely submission of reports and data
We require candidates who have completed 12th standard and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:As a valued member of our team, you can expect an attractive base salary of ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per month, annual performance-based bonuses, group mediclaim insurance policy, and travel reimbursement.
