Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with mid-sized corporates to drive CSR engagement.

  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and build a robust outreach pipeline to engage potential partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of corporate donor interactions and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate proposal development and submission processes with the Deputy Head – Fundraising, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of CSR fund utilization reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing donor relationships, fostering a culture of excellence in donor experience and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with programs and finance teams to collect and consolidate data for impactful reporting, driving transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare and disseminate detailed impact reports, uploading them to donor portals to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities for CSR partners, including campaigns that promote festive spirit and community involvement.
  • Ensure donor-related compliance requirements are met, including receipt issuance and record maintenance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance CSR visibility and donor appreciation on social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Hold an MBA or Master's degree in any specialization.
  • Possess 4–5 years of experience in fundraising or sales, with a strong track record of relationship servicing and securing large donations.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for our mission-driven organization.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development and presentation expertise.
  • Display a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Possess high interpersonal skills and professionalism to represent the organization externally.
  • Exemplify an entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
