Role Overview: The successful candidate will design and execute loyalty strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and increase brand loyalty. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loyalty programs that align with business objectives.
- Analyze customer behavior and program data to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless program implementation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and customer behavior to refine loyalty initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in loyalty program management and customer retention strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
